Booking / Cancellation / Refund Policy
Booking Policy
Any decoration booking will be confirmed only after a minimum 30% advance payment. Remaining amount must be paid on or before the event date.
Cancellation Policy
- 10 days before event: 20% deduction
- 05 days before event: 40% deduction
- 48 hours before event: 70% deduction
- Within 24 hours or No Show: No Refund
Note: Decoration material arrangement cost is non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7ā10 working days after verifying the cancellation request.
