Service Scope
A1 Decorations provides professional decoration services for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, surprise setups, room décor, and event décor. We supply decoration materials, deliver and install them at your specified location in Lucknow. We do not provide venue permissions, property access arrangements, electricity setup, or third-party event management unless specified.
Decoration Materials
All decorations—including balloons, props, lights, backdrops, and stands—remain the property of A1 Decorations unless stated otherwise. Any damage/loss to reusable items will incur additional charges. Balloon colors or designs may vary slightly depending on availability but will match the selected theme.
Decoration Setup
The client is responsible for obtaining permission for decoration at home, hotel, banquet, or outdoor locations. Our team will not proceed without required approvals. Light fixtures and heavy setups require proper power supply from the client’s end.
Payment Policy
To confirm your booking, partial payment is mandatory. Remaining payment must be cleared after setup completion.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
• If materials are already arranged or customized, advance payment cannot be refunded.
• Date changes are allowed based on availability without extra charges.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted only if the client informs us at least 12–24 hours prior to the event time. Last-minute changes may affect theme availability.
Photography & Social Media
A1 Decorations may use pictures of the completed decoration for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise. Personal identities will not be disclosed without permission.
Safety & Responsibility
We ensure safe decoration practices, but clients must ensure supervision of children around balloons, lights, candles, and décor items. A1 Decorations is not responsible for property damage caused by mishandling of décor items after installation.
